The Blanchard Police Department is a 24-hour law enforcement agency that services a city of approximately 10,000. The officers of the department are well trained and in many cases function in a variety of functions, the most significant is that of community service.

Chief Stacey White has served with the Blanchard Police Department since 2015. He has served in law enforcement since 1991, after serving honorably in the U.S. Marines from 1985-1991.

Chief White has twenty years of experience as a Chief of Police and has a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in leadership and criminal justice-related studies. Chief (Dr.) White has also published a book "Media Vs. Police" and published numerous articles with organizations like Police 1 Magazine, Center of American and International Law, and Association of Criminal Justice Sciences.

Deputy Chief Joseph Beilouny is a New York native who moved to Oklahoma and began his law enforcement career at the Blanchard Police Department back in 2008. Starting as a patrolman and through hard work and dedication is now the Deputy Chief of the department.

Deputy Chief Beilouny has established himself as a trusted member of the Blanchard community through good hard work, and professional behavior. To that, he is currently working on completing his B.S. degree in Criminal Justice.
